Frequently Asked Questions
What can I chop with the Stargaze Magnet electric chopper?
It chops onions, tomatoes, capsicum, cabbage, other vegetables, fruits and nuts in seconds. With the whisking disc attached, it also beats eggs, whips cream and makes frothy batters.
How long can I run the chopper continuously?
Run it for a maximum of 1 minute at a time. For most vegetables a few short presses are enough. If you need to chop more, pause for a short while before using it again – this protects the motor from overheating.
How much can the bowl hold?
The bowl has an 800 ml capacity, which is enough to chop onions and tomatoes for a family meal in one go. The bowl is made of break-resistant polycarbonate.
Does the chopper have a copper motor?
Yes. The Magnet chopper uses a 400W, 100% copper motor for strong, consistent performance.
Can I use the chopper to grind masala?
The electric chopper is designed for chopping and whisking. For grinding dry masalas or making fine chutney, use a mixer grinder such as the Stargaze Krush 800W Mixer Grinder or a Stargaze Bullet Blender.
