Frequently Asked Questions
Can the Krush 800W mixer grinder grind hard masalas?
Yes. The 800W turbo motor and the jars have specialised blades and flow breakers, so it can grind dry masalas and spices into a fine powder as well as make smooth chutneys, pastes, shakes and purees.
Which jar should I use for what?
Use the 1500 ml liquidizing jar for shakes, lassi, juices and purees; the 1200 ml wet/dry grinding jar for batters, gravies and larger quantities of dry masala; and the 500 ml chutney jar for chutneys, small quantities of spices and ginger-garlic paste.
What warranty does the Krush mixer grinder come with?
The Krush comes with a 5-year warranty on the motor and a 2-year warranty on the product. For any warranty claim, call Stargaze customer support at +91 78761 17711.
Is it normal for the mixer grinder to be noisy?
Yes. A powerful 800W motor operates at around 80–90 dB, which is normal for this category. If the noise seems unusually loud or the motor sounds different from usual, please contact our customer care.
Is 800W better than a 550W mixer grinder?
An 800W motor handles tougher ingredients and larger quantities more easily and is a good choice for daily cooking in a family kitchen. If you mainly make small quantities of chutney and masala, a 550W model like the Stargaze BRIO Mixer Grinder can be enough. The Krush also gives you a third jar and a longer motor warranty.
Is delivery free, and can I return it?
Yes. Every order on stargazeonline.in ships free across India. Orders are usually dispatched in 2–3 business days and delivered in 5–7 business days, and you can return the product within 10 days of delivery as per our return policy.
