Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy. You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

At Stargaze Home Appliances LLP, your satisfaction is our priority. If you discover any damage or defect after delivery, please contact our Customer Care team. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Based on our assessment, we may:

  • Authorize a return and issue a replacement.

We provide a 100% replacement for major manufacturing defects reported within the warranty period as per our company policy. However, please note that cash refunds are not permitted once an item has been purchased.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment:

Cancellation After Shipment:
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact our Customer Support team at +91 7876117711 or email us at care@stargazeonline.in. Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify its packaging and condition, we will process your refund within 24-48 business hours.

Refund Policy

In the event of defects in the product attributable to and accepted by Stargaze after due verification, you may initiate a return request within 7 days from the delivery date. Please produce a copy of the original invoice when placing a return or exchange request.

Refund Processing Time

  • Return Initiation: If you initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your product, we will process your return promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  • Refund Approval: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Credit to Account: Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Note: The total time from initiating the return to seeing the refund in your account may range from 8-12 business days, depending on the time taken for return shipping and bank processing times.

Conditions for returns:

  • The product(s) must be unused and intact.

  • All packaging materials must be undamaged and unused.
