Return Policy
1. 7-Day Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in cases where an incorrect product has been delivered. The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To process the request, a clear and uninterrupted video recording of the package being opened is mandatory. The video must clearly capture the sealed package, the unboxing process, and the product received, as it will be used to verify the claim. Requests submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled after dispatch will be subject to a cancellation charge of ₹500 or 20% of the product value, whichever is higher. The remaining amount will be refunded only after the product has been returned and received by our team. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been successfully received and verified.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact our Customer Support team at +91-78761 17711 or email us at care@stargazeonline.in Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify its packaging and condition, we will process your refund within 24-48 business hours.
Refund Policy
In the event of defects in the product attributable to and accepted by Stargaze after due verification, you may initiate a return request within 7 days from the delivery date. Please produce a copy of the original invoice when placing a return or exchange request.
Refund Processing Time
- Return Initiation: If you initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your product, we will process your return promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Refund Approval: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Credit to Account: Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Conditions for returns:
- The product(s) must be unused and intact.
- All packaging materials must be undamaged and unused.
