Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Sauté: In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
